Friday & Saturday Nights: $150 per night, plus a $30 cleaning
fee.

Stay 7 nights and get a $100 discount.
We will be happy to quote rates for longer stays.
$10 per horse per night gives you access to 4 stalls and 2 paddocks with
grazing.
$8 per horse per day gives you full access to trail riding at Long C
Trails!
Deposits
We require a $150 deposit. This is fully
refundable after the stay if the home is left clean with no damage.
Cancellations: A full refund will be given provided two-weeks notice is
given.
Deposits may be paid with VISA or MasterCard.
Long C Trails and Rocky Top

For your safety and the safety of others, we ask that you follow these rules while visiting Rocky Top Ranch at Long C and Long C Trails.
Every person entering Long C Trails is required to stop at the office
first.
Upon arrival, you will be required to sign a waiver form for each and
every person, no matter what age.
No alcohol: if we see it, you must leave. No refund.
No smoking in barns, inside cabins, or inside the home at Rocky Top
Ranch at Long C.
No loud profanity or behavior which would be offensive.
Proof of current negative Coggins test required. The Coggins test
is the test for detecting antibodies for Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA),
a viral disease of members of the equine family (horses, burros, and
mules, but not llamas). The test is required by all states for equines
crossing state lines. Recently the U.S. Department of
Agriculture's Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) joined the
states in promulgating this requirement.
You are totally responsible for the safety and conduct any animals you
bring to Long C Trails.
Ride your horse slowly in the campground.
Horses may not be tied to trees for long periods of time: riders will be
fined for damages.
Quiet in camp by midnight.
Please do not litter: help us keep a really neat place for you.
Please do not do anything which would endanger yourself or other
visitors.
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave without a refund.
If you have to open a gate, please close it back.
